I was visiting a classroom of two-year olds. There is this one little girl who I kind of adore. She’s a tiny little Asian girl who is always wearing the cutest, most unique clothes. She’s so sweet and smart and adorable, like a delicate little flower.
Today’s lunch was spaghetti. And they did their whole routine of washing hands, sitting down, serving themselves, singing their little song, and then the teacher said they could eat.
And this tiny little girl said really loudly and clearly, “S’ghetti! GET IN MA BELLY!”
I nearly fell on the floor laughing.
It was the best thing that happened to me today. Maybe all week.
