Sometimes You Have to Find Out for Yourself

I haven’t posted about juice for a while because I haven’t juiced for a while.  I was inspired to jump in again after seeing a juicer in a friend’s kitchen.  Today’s concoction is a little bitter, I suspect due to the lack of cucumber.  I usually use a cucumber, some greens, a piece of fruit, and whatever else I have.  Today I had kale, romaine lettuce, an apple, a few grape tomatoes, and some celery.

And this, friends, is why you shouldn’t stick a knife in your juicer to dislodge the kale that gets stuck.  They’re serious when they say not to stick stuff in there that you don’t want juiced.
